JOHNNY CASH-THE MAN IN BLACK SOLD 90 MILLION ALBUMS

Rob is joined by Dave Killibrew as they talk Johnny Cash who has a legacy that still resonates today. They discuss Cash's career, his legacy and how he is still  popular. Cash lived in Memphis for a bit and worked hard to get a chance. That chance taken on him sold 90 million albums while performing in 4,300 concerts or shows. Dave gave tremendous insight as he was and still is a great fan of Cash.

1997 WORLD SERIES- FLORIDA MARLINS AND CLEVELAND INDIANS GO THE DISTANCE IN THE ANOTHER DRAMATIC SEVEN GAMES SERIES

Rob is joined by Jim Fischer again as they talk about the 1997 World Series between the Florida Marlins and Cleveland Indians. Jim and I worked at Pro Player Stadium during the Marlins playoff run which they won after five years becoming an expansion team. The Marlins were built for the playoffs while the Indians were built with their rich farm system. They discuss the teams, the time in Miami with the  playoffs and World Series. They also discussed baseball in Miami and Tampa and what the future may hold and some other baseball tidbits.

BONUS EPISODE-1991WORLD SERIES- MINNESOTA TWINS AND ATLANTA BRAVES GO FROM WORST TO FIRST IN ONE FO THE GREATEST 7 GAMES WORLED SERIES EVER

Rob is joined by Jim Fischer as they look back at the 1991 World Series. The Minnesota Twins and Atlanta Braves went from worst in 1990 to first in place in 1991. This seven game series saw each team win at home. Game 6 and Game 7 were extra inning games   that the Twins won in dramatic fashion. Jim was at games 6 and 7 and he shared his thoughts and memories. Rob and Jim talk about Kirby Puckett, the start of the playoff run for the Braves and lineups of both teams. This World Series could be considered as one of the Greatest of All Time.

Rob Fredette and Shawn Donovan discuss David Lee Roth leaving VH and Sammy Hagar enters in as the new lead singer and frontman. This episode Rob and Shawn talk the 5150 album and the anticipation of the release, their experiences at the 5150 concerts at The Centrum in Worcester,Mass. Rob reviews the setlist of the August 14th, 1986 concert at the Centrum. They also recall the transition while reviewing songs such as Dreams, Summer Nights and Why Can't This Be Love. If you love Van Halen we think you will like this episode and may bring back memories.
The transition ended up being a great one for VH as the album did reach #1 on the Billboard 100 in 1986.

Diver Down had 5 cover songs and 1984 was the album that put Van Halen into superstardom status.
