TRUE CRIME: Doug Kari returns to HODGEPOD to talk about the missing person cases of Karlie Jean Guse' and Bob Wildoner EPISODE 70

Doug Kari returned to HODGEPOD to talk about two missing person cases he has investigated in detail.
Karlie Jean Guse' missing since OCTOBER 13, 2018 in Mono County, California. There is a $5,000 reward on the FBI website.
and
Bob Wildoner disappeared without a trace and has been missing since May 4, 2021. Bob was en route to fixing his vehicle that needed repair in Death Valley National Park.
Doug provides a deep dive look after investigating both these cases thoroughly.
Doug is the author of the Book "The Berman Murders"-Unraveling the Mojave Desert's Most Mysterious Unsolved Crime" . Published by Rowman and Littlefield.
He provides a preview of the next case he is investigating.

Lori Bullard  Law Enforcement Administrator for the State of Tennessee  joined HODGEPOD to talk about her role leading this agency. Lori has held this position since 2019. Prior to this role, Lori was Assistant Commissioner of Driver Services where she lead the daily operations of the Department of Safety and Homeland Security's 50 driver service centers across Tennessee.
She is also a 25 year veteran of the Memphis Police Department.

True Crime: Author Doug Kari of "The Berman Murders" talked about this unsolved murder of Barry and Louise Berman in 1986-EPISODE 66

True crime investigator and Author Doug Kari joined HODGEPOD to talk about the unsolved murder of Barry and Louise Berman in the Mojave Desert. Barry and Louise went out for a stroll January 6, 1986 and both were never seen again. It was only 3 years later that their remains were found in a grave in a remote area.

Even though the murder is unsolved Doug embarked on an almost ten year journey investigating and interviewing people who knew Barry and Louise Berman. He brings a fascinating look into the case.  Through his investigation and research Doug names a possible suspect who had been with the Berman's the night before in 1986.
