Ford and Linda Groundwater joined HODGEPOD to talk about the early years of Bob Crane before he made it big on Hogan's Heroes from 1965-1971. Carol and Linda discuss the 12 to 13 year journey to write this book as they interviewed 200 people, their attention to detail with research.  Crane had a start in radio which is like anything anyone could have experienced at the time.Bob Crane was murdered on June 29, 1978 as his murder still remains unsolved in 2023.
